Should I get my bloodwork done tomorrow? My 6th Test-C shot is Friday.

Im just wondering if I should have blood drawn tomorrow or wait another week. I give myself a shot of 100mg of test-c every friday. This friday will be my 6th shot.

Im also taking about 300IU of HCG 3 times a week and I just pinned the HCG an hour ago.

Im getting male hormone panel, Thyroid panel, and estradiol checked.

I'd get the full six weeks in although I'm sure you'd be just fine if you went now. In the Finding a Doc sticky is an example of follow-up BW to get. Make sure you get a sensitive E2 assay.

It is the sensitive E2. I think I will wait until next week. I think my testosterone levels are high cause I feel like an f'n rockstar!

haha. Thats great adam1973 glad to hear your feeling great...Wait a the full 6 weeks and dont forget to get your labs draw on the 3 day post shot. This will show serum T levels at its peak. Try to be consistant with this timing for labs throughout treatment. Recommended labs at 6 weeks minimum--Free T and total T, E2, and a CBC or just a hematocrit.

I was planning on eventually stopping the hcg and just taking the test-c.

It depends on what you and doc want to do. If you want to keep spermogenisis going and natural T production then HCG will have to be used. If not keeping fertility intact while on TRT or atrophy of testicles dosent bother you then no need for HCG. If your diagnoses or cause of LOWT is primary then HCG wont work at all. HCG will only work on secondary hypo Dx men. Cant squeeze blood out of turnip!
