Hey everyone,
Just figured I'd say hi and give some background and goals. I used to hit the gym every day back in high school and was in great shape. I went to college, dropped off to 3 or 4 days a week at the gym, then got an airline job where I sit on my ass all day flying an airplane where I travel all the time and missed out on going to the gym except for maybe twice a week if I was lucky due to working all the time.... Now I've found I have lots of time again and I'm back into the gym 5 days a week but I'm just not seeing the progress I used to see... It's tough getting back into it, although maybe I'm just getting old.
