Effects of Arimadex on Females

Here is a hypothetical scenario:

An FtM transsexual takes 75 mg of Test E per week. After 6 months, their menses have not stopped. What effect would taking a low dose of Arimadex most likely have on their endocrine system?

Is this really a hypothetical question?
Because I find it hard to believe that "someone" would still have a menstrual cycle on a male's dose of test.
And to answer your question: it would make this person even less likely to menstruate.
