Mixing HCG without a mixing VIAL

Hello All,

For some reason i cannot find mixing vial where i live (china).

I currently have the following :

1000ius HCG vial
10 ml Bac Water
2.5 ml Syringe

My idea is the following :

1/ Inject bac water into the HCG vial.
2/ Withdraw bac water from the bac vial
3/ with the syringe containing back water withdraw hcg from the hcg vial
4/ inject

May i know in order to get 250iu, how much bac water i should put in the syringe prior to withdraw from the HCG 1000iu vial and how much hcg shall i take from the vial ?

You just have to do the math. Adding 1cc of bac water to 1000 iu of hcg gives you 100 iu. When you draw back to the 10 on the insulin syringe. If you add 10cc of bac water then 1cc would equal 100 units. Make sense?

Well i added 2ML of bac water in my HCG vial.

So i should get 500 iu of HCG.

In order to inject 250iu i should withdraw 0.5ml of HCG but then how much bac water shall i put in my syringe as i do not have mixing vial in order to get a good concentration ?

You still have 1000 units of hcg the amount of bac water is just the concentration you are mixing it.

Is there any risk if i just inject 0.5ml (250iu) (i added 2ml of bac water in the 1000 iu vial)

Or do you recommend me to change the concentration ?

200-250 iu 2 X EW should be enough to maintain testicular function during your cycle. Run it right up to 3 days prior to stating pct.

thx for the answer, i understand the quantity but my question is about the concentration.

As i only put 2ml of bac water in my 1000ui vial the concentration is very high.

So taking out only 0.5 ml would give me an injection of 250 iu of HCG.

Is this concentration too high or shall i add more bac water in my syringe ?

If you put 2ml of bac water and the concentration is 1000. You have 1000 units mixed with 2ml of bac water. Divided by 10 gives you 100 iu per .10 measured on your insulin syringe. So to do 200 units you would need .20 ml measured on your syringe. Make sense?

This is why it's easier to get a sterile vial and just mix with 10cc of water. Makes the math just a little less complicated and easier to measure

Your concentration is fairly low. I usually only add 1ml I bacto water to 5000iu. But to each his own.
I wouldn't add more. Why would you want to pin greater volume to get the same amounts!

I've had to do that before. The HCG came in an amp, right? Not a vial? I mixed it in the amp, then drew it up with insulin syringes and just kept them all in the fridge ready to go.

I was actually a little sketch out. The HCG I got like that was chinese. I don't even think it said HCG on it lol. But I got it from a trusted source. Still... I didn't like the packaging and how much of a pain in the ass it was to mix. I couldn't even really tell if it was real or not. I stick to Pregnyl now.

Yes 5000 iu vials and 2000 iu vials are much easier to measure out if you want the volume of each inject to be small with either 200-250 iu's

Well for me it comes in two amps. Not vials. If its in a vial then one injection of the bacto water into the HCG powder is all you need to do. No contamination there.

Either one of us is thick headed or were misunderstanding. I don't get where this is confusing anymore

Chive, well i saw on some HCG forum where people where puting water in their HCG vial, then taking it out to put it in a bigger one then add more bac water.

I'm not sure what was the purpose of this, maybe reach higher concentration level, but for what purpose...

Adding more bacto water will always DECREASE concentration levels and INCREASE volume.
Why mix and match vials etc. if its all in one vial minus the bacto water then it's simple.
1. Add desired amout of bacto water.
2. Draw as needed for dosing. That's it
