Knee and ankle joint pain. i'm tired of this shit.

bottom line: i'm 30 years old and i want to see the doc about HGH.
how do i fix this problem?
i'm not going to be a fuking cripple. i know i can loose weight, and i know about OTC supplements. i don't want a band aid for this problem, i want to fix it. i'm calling around to try and find and aging specialist that will get me on a 6 month program of hgh. how do y'all think my prospects look? i'm going to tell him or her, that i spent my teenage years not exercising and smoking a lot of pot. i joined the military at 25. i went from 153lb after boot camp to 196lb now and i'm around 20% body fat. i'm also going to tell him, or her i intend to put more muscle on.

why would a doctor give a crap on what you intend to achieve ? they dont care, if you are ill they will give you medicine to mask the illness. however depending on where you live and how corrupt the doctors are, you could possibly get GH.

at your age you should have about 86% of GH production of when you were 20. to increase your odds of getting GH therapy, being low when measured helps. Night before your test do not go to sleep, if you do not sleep or sleep very little your natural GH pulse will be skipped - therefor the test will be affected in your "benefit".

    Nice. I'll do just that.

what about hormone tests? i'm trying to get my test levels checked and i have a consultation on monday. how do i get the doc to give me bloods for test levels? do i tell him i cant get hard, i'm depressed, i sleep a lot, and I've no sexual interest?

i also want to check my cardio vascular health

im sorry, i live in a country with bizarre healthcare which is in some ways harder to manipulate. I think you could just ask to get about anything checked if you can pay for it... but if that is not the case with the healthcare system in your country then i dont know what would be clever to do. but yes faking some symptoms might be the way to go....

cardiovascular health could probably be estimated decently without going to a doctor, check your cholesterol, blood pressure and cardio performance while running.

Two of the many signs of low estrogen are joint pain and loss of libido. Visit the HRT Forum and in the Finding A Doc sticky is a list of blood work. Get it. Make sure your doc specifies the sensitive assay for estrogen.

thanks kelkel. i'll do that. would it be smart to mention to the doc that low estrogen might be a cause? also, what about being persistent with telling him what i want? obviously i'd like to check estrogen, but id also like to check test and free test levels. he or she is probably going to ignore me right? i mean it come down to who's a doctor and who's not, so i should try and make it seem like the docs idea. what can i say to make the doc come up with estrogen and test level blood tests. joint pain, low libido, depression, no sex drive? what about telling him, or her that my dad had the same issues when he was around 30
