40/20/20/20? is that each day? or 40 ed for a week then 20 ed for the next 3 weeks? please elaborate. also when do i take it, immediately, the day after, my last shot?

This is entirely dependent on what your cycle was. Please elaborate on your stats

started already. 29 yrs. 5'10". bf% is less than 10. been training for 8+ years. cycle is:
300mg test e 2x/week
300mg EQ 2x/week
100mg tren e 2x/week
150mg deca 2x/week
50mg d-bol every day
.5ml anastrozole eod
haven't started hcg yet, debating it. also don't know which one to get? the oral drops or injectable. how much? how often to use and how much to use?

Injectable hcg is the one to use. You need it running those compounds to maintain testicular function. Why are you running 2 19nors?

I don't see an issue with coupling 19-nors, but this cycle seems excessive. I assume this is your first cycle?

ive done two previous cycles before but it was 5-6 years ago. found an old friend got excited and went off the hook for the first half week, but now i took everything down. now test, EQ, tren and anastrozole

You should have all in hand before you start a cycle such as this, particularly all pct ancillaries. Spend some time reading here. Self-education is key to your health and safety.

5 years a little too long for all though stacks, test is best!!
