This was taken yesterday...at this point, I'm almost 4 full weeks into my bulk cycle.
Weight's up 17 pounds so far. Checked the diet last night, I'm up to 4,500 calories a day...450 grams protein, 500 grams carbs, 60 grams Fat every day.
I'm trying to add thickness in the inner lats, more width on the outter, and bring down their length a bit...
I've been hitting it harder than ever in the gym...
