My silly error - advice please..

I have made a stupid error – my plan was taking 0.2mg anastrazole/ wk for E2 control together with the T prop & hcg.
The DHEA SR and the AZ are in bottles of the same colour, and through an inadvertent mixup I have been taking 1 mg AZ per day for the last number of weeks by mistake. I am furious with myself as I had been meticulous with routine.
No wonder I feel a bit crappy. E2 will have crashed to nothing I expect. Anything I should do to hasten recovery?

No. just go back to usual dose. Your E2 will recover.

what are the doses of your test and hCG? recovering from E2 crash takes a long time, 1mg ed for weeks no doubt you are in the tank. when I crash my E2 I completely stop AI's for 4 weeks then go back to my normal protocol. if you continue to take AIs even at your normal dose it will take allot longer than 4 weeks to recover. of course everyone metabolize differently but based on my experience and others here we've found that recovering from e2 crash take a long time.

Bass, my test dose is 70mg of test in the form of T prop 0.4ml eod (50mg/ml) - 0.2ml in each love handle as you recommend (handles are only just noticeable) - and hcg 250iu Mon, Wed & Fri = 750/wk - az was 0.2mg/wk which I think was about right.

I have totally separated az from everything else so this will never happen again.

My plan is to blood test in 3-4 wks. I am starting to feel better already, but as you say, I am expecting that it will take a while to recover. JH.

okay, that's a big dose for TRT and adding 750 iu hCG ew your e2 probably way up there. you can follow Mikes advice by simply getting back on your regular dose, or for quicker adjustment you can stop AI for 2 weeks then start again with your normal dose. od course BW is the only way to make proper adjustment, everything we say here is a shot in the dark.
