    My body fat %

    I've been working out for about a month I'm new to weightlifting but I'm really trying to build some mass and get serious about the gym.. curious about what my bf % is.. I'm 25 and I'm 5.11 and weigh 158.. Thanks.

    No, you need to build solid baae to be able to hold your gain after cycle.

    Bf I say is about 15% give or take.


    Can you run test? Yeah sure, y not. . . . But, it's not gonna make you over night or even over a few months. It will take quite a bit of time.

    If you start and just stay at it for a month or two, it won't do shit in the long run. Just the way it is man. . . .

    If you want to change - go for it, but will take a lot of time & effort.
