Been lifting on and off for about 5 years now. Just seriously the last 2 years.. Alway found it hard to gain size as I'm pretty tall!!
I'm 6'4 and weigh 205lbs...
Theres a few pictures before I started lifting and where I am to date... Going from Oldest to newest.
I'm currently cutting now and after the summer am considering doing a 12 week cycle of test. Whats your opinions?
