Hey guys, question for the group:
Do any of you take any special supplements to counter any negative impacts to you lipid profile?
Specifically, to counter the lowering of HDL.
I have cycled twice, and after my last cycle, my HDL was down to 12. I have since checked and I am back up to 39, but having it go to 12 really concerns me. Especially since I am eager to start another cylce albeit a mild one.
I am now taking fish oil and niacin daily to help with this, but curious what others do here.
