I'm aware that its advised to take thistle milk, alpha lipoic and cod liver oil during the cycle.
Would you recommend this as a starting cycle?
Obviously ill be continuing my protein and my eating, should I continue with creatine or should I leave that until my cycle ends and then go back on it.
Any advice would be great full
