So I will be deploying to Afghanistan in a few months. My plan is to bulk while I am there (about a year) and then get a trainer and compete in at least figure when I get back. I am 5' 6" 125 lbs around 20% bf and 25 years old. I've never really bulked before; tried once but eating that much food is not easy for me. However I am determined to reach my goals and rock that stage when I get home so any advice on macros and work outs would be greatly appreciated. I plan on being natty while deployed so please only advice on natural supplementation. When I am ready for physique that will more than likely change but for now keep it natty. Thank you.![]()
