question ??? 7 weeks out !!!

hi i am 7 weeks out from my first classic bodybuilding show , im just lookin g for advise on how to look as dry as possible on stage here are sum progress pics since i posted lasted i am currently running test prop & masteron eod , anavar 70mg ed and winstrol depot eod

Keep doing what your doing. You look great. When you drop water you will get grainy. Diet seems pretty spot on. Where are you weight wise?

hi , thanks for the reply i am currently 79kg , but i find my self getting to comfortable , feeling im ahead of schedule , having sum cheats , i brought my daighter to the cinema today , and had a binge the vascularity was amazin lol but im on the way to the gym AGAIN FOR AN HOUR CARDIO to burn it off am i nuts or wat lol

Don't start f ing up the diet. No cheats. How far are you from making your weight class?

i just hav to be under 81kg for my height will the hour cardio help or is daage already done :~)

Wow you hit early. Way early. Maybe you can play around with your carbs a little to see the timing of depletion and loading. Being your first show you may not know how long it takes your body to change. You may drop carbs 3 days out but find 4 works better to hit the peak. Just something to think about.
