I'm on a 500-700 deficit, but I don't do cardio.
I started cutting 1 week ago.
Current bf is around 12%.
If I'm losing ~1.5lbs week on a 700 deficit, how much will I lose on clen ?
I plan on taking it for 2 weeks
W1: 20/40/60/80/100/120/120
W2: 120/120/120/120/120/120/120
Do you think I could do 1 more week(on a constant 120mg dose) ? I wanna get down to 8% asap and start lean bulking again, fuking hate cutting .
Will it help me lose the stubborn fat faster? What about plateaus, any chance I will hit a plateau ? I'll keep cardio as my secret weapon agains dem bitches.
