Orally. Raloxifene is the best for gyno reversal, but Tamox is a close second. 40mg for a week, then 20mg until it's gone. Takes time, you'll need to be patient. Sometimes months, not weeks. Should notice changes/improvements in 4 to 6 weeks.

Ended three weeks ago because felt bumps. Started nolvadex immediately for two weeks. It lasted for 8 weeks

I only have one bottle of tamoxifen. If its not enough could I pick up where I left off with raloxifene?

Yes. 60mg daily with Ralox.

Any side effects? Took my first dose this morning. Felt little funny for about an hour and I still have a numbing like aftertaste in my mouth. That sound right?

I don't recall anyone or any study that's ever reported side effects.
However, the list of side effects is very large. But it's the same with any medicine really...
