I'm just curious if there are any symptoms of high Hemocrit levels or is the only way to know by having it tested?

Always get a CBC panel. It's the responsible thing to do.

Drink more water..
Make sure you are fully hydrated
How often should we be getting a CBC panel if on trt??Originally Posted by austinite
I get one once a quarter. If I cycle, I do it pre, mid and post cycle. You can wait till you donate and they will check it for you, free.
Hydration is very important, but it will not resolve dangerously high HCT and aspirin will do nothing.

Hydration as Austinite says. Many Trt patients donate blood on a regular schedule to control as well
lol, ok bonaparte. Nitpick away, you haven't seen it, I have... and experienced it.
"usually" is not good enough for me.

I donate every 60 days. When my level goes up I can tell right away bad headaches.
Will the shortness of breath be during regular activity or restricted to working out?
I like to say the same thing on all the rbc threads: get your blood count done. Don't rely on guesswork when your health is on the line.
