The injectable was Cyanocobalamin. They now have oral liquid drops of Methylcobalamin. Methyl is superior to cyanocobalamin. Even in oral form.

doing the oral for over a week now, I haven't noticed anything yet! but will finish it anyway.

What type oral and what dosage are you taking bass? I am doing the 5,000mcg's everyday and it has worked wonders for me. ...crazy mikeOriginally Posted by bass

yes I used to get it from my X clinic, and it worked wonders.
I got it from ARR, and take one full dropper under the tongue which is about 1000mcg. it say to take once daily, but I been taking it twice and haven't been noticing any increased energy!

I haven't noticed any increase in energy from 3000mcg of liquid B12 administered sublingual either.
If AR-R stocks injectable B12 again I'll purchase from them instead of my usual Amazon order.
