Is it essential to eat a meal first thing in the morning if you train about an hour after you get up? I have read multiple replies to this answer and am just trying to get some feed back. I currently am only getting about 5-6 hrs of sleep, I know it's not enough but I just can't sleep longer, and train very early do to my job. The only day I make my self eat is leg day just because I can't seem to get a good work out in if I don't.
