Just when i thought i found the perfect supplement for my sleeping problems i read numerous studies that supplementing melatonin can decease LH and FSH levels and was used in studies as a contreceptive...this can't be good for testosterone levels

Yes. Short lived. AKA its not in your system long enough to do damage. And even if it was... the effects are weak, anyway. So it's negligible.
