Hey guys, I bloat VERY easily, and I am currently on cycle and am looking to lose 2% BF..
What are some carb choices that minimize bloat? I do need energy because I do workout 7 days a week and do cardio at least 3 after squat workouts. I am currently around 11-12% BF and would just like to get a tiny bit leaner and more vascular.
What do you endomorphs do to minimize bloat + lose BF? I just want to be harder and leaner without that poofy look.
