    Ai, hcg, pct, ect

    Do we have a thread for how long they are all good for?

    Nolvadex is good for 2 years. Everything else is 9 to 12 months max. (Ar-r products)

    hCG, when mixed is good for 90 days, after that, the percentage of potency lost daily is significant enough to stop use. Dried is good for several years at room temperature, or 100's of years if frozen.

    Would be good for a stickie or copied in a stickie I'd think.

    Not yet. Shipping is 3-5 days. When it gets here it will be started ASAP. I'm really interested how it will go.


    Diet is super clean. I make all food one week in advise. Chicken, brown rice, broc, sweet potatoes, eggs.



    Then October/November my cycle will start. Lions, tigers, and bears oh my.
