Meal 1
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup black coffee
Meal 2:
50 gram whey protein shake
Meal 3:
8 oz grilled chicken
1sweet potato
Meal 4:
Post workout 50g shake
Or
8 oz grilled chicken or 2 packets of tuna in water
1 cup green beans or broccoli
Meal 5:
Same as meal 4
Meal 6: 1 cup cottage cheese
Is this sufficient enough for me to cut body fat?any help would b appreciated. I weigh 204lb at 13% bf

there is ALWAYS need to count macros if your goal is predictable results. if u counted macros, u wouldnt be having to ask our opinions on whether u can lose fat on that diet!
