So I'll start with the basic profile:
Age-24
Weight- 183
Height- 5'7
BF%- Honestly not sure but I'd say 15%. One of those hand BF analyzers said I was 11% but I'm certainly not that defined.
Been lifting for about 6 years consistently and feel I have a good base to work with which is a must from what I've read so far in the beginner threads. I used to weigh about 230, which at 5'7 doesn't look pretty, and worked my way down through dieting and weight lifting. Unfortunately I gain weight easy, which is cool for gaining strength and mass but not so much for being lean. I'm looking to get lean. I have my macros down and a good diet to work with at the moment. Obviously I'd like to keep as much muscle as possible but I'll take the sacrifice. My only experience I'd say I have is with a sustanon oral (sus500) supplement which may or may not have been legit but I saw results. Took an on cycle supplement and a pct. Had no side effects and relatively I didn't lose much strength and in the long run I'm as strong as I was when I took it.
However, as I read, oral only cycles are not good. So with all that said I'm trying to cut. Obviously Clen is the big name out there but any other advice would be appreciated. I'll continue to read the educational threads.
