    Rotation of injection sites question

    Is it okay to go left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt, then back to left glute, etc.?

    Want to stay away from Quad injections if possible.

    That's fine. I try not to hit the same area more than every 2 weeks. I assume your frequency is 1 shot per 3-4 days?

    Yes. 2 shots/wk.

    Like I said trying to stay away from the quad as I've heard it can be a pain. Is the glute and delt the best/easiest areas to pin? What about when self injecting?

    Quads are easy! Sometimes you can nick I nerve but when I have it wasn't bad at all.

    Fvxk calves.

    Pecs and quads are the most accessible imo. I have always self injected so I can't do glutes anymore. I can't reach it since I always aspirate. Aspirating with one hand and 3cc's is impossible. I also like to see what I'm doing. I'm not one of those people who injects blindly without aspirating and without seeing where the needle is.

    i do this with EOD injections

    Hit quads 3x this cycle. Heard horror stories before the 1st pin, but accessibility was just to easy to pass up. Put your thumb at the top of the crease of your groin and thigh, stretch out your hand and where your pinky ends up is the right portion of the quad to pin. Now just rotate to the outside maybe 2" or so and hit the meaty portion.
    Haven't had any problems with 1.5cc of test e and 1cc of test p 200. Be sure to push the pin in real slow and aspirate. Like it way better than glutes for sure!
