Legal yes. They are being sold as research chemicals which are not for human consumption. The rub comes when you use them yourself. Then you may be consuming a controlled substance. So actually, I would assume you are purchasing them legally, consuming them illegally. Assuming the substance you are purchasing is controlled. There are plenty of shady peptide companies out there. Do some research for reviews. The site sponser is highly thought of.

It depends on where your at in the world,,,still legal most areas but in a 'grey' area.
Some are very effective.
