    appitite increase....

    I got the impression of some of the posts on here that equipoise would increase my hunger?
    I was planning to run 600mg test e and 300mg of equipoise, but get the impression I'd need more eq....??
    Could I run more eq with 600mg test e?? Or run it like deca (half of test amount). Still learning

    you could also try ghrp-6/ghrp-2( some react better to the 2)

    try that peptide over EQ IMHO.

    forcefeeding is not cool but you need it to grow.

    after the meal you are supose to wonder how all that fit in your stomach XD

    I got the idea of equipoise from reading about 1st cycles... (its not officially my first).. a lot of people say test only but an awful lot of sites also suggest stacking with deca etc, but quite a few of the 'elite' on here strongly disagree with deca in early cycles so I looked for something else..... and it seems nobody really thinks much of eq either!!
    Back to the food.... we concluded I wasnt eating enough.... I've tried force feeding.. but it seems to supress my appitite!
    B12... in tablet form from health shop? Or injectable?
    Ghrp 2/6.... I've never heard of either... just googled but its 5am here so didnt take much in....... will try to 'absorb' the info later!

    best b12 you could get is injectable methylcobalamine.

    after Lozange methylcobalamine

    oral methyl is good.

    injectable b12( cyanocobalamin) would be a possible choice too.
    way easier to find and way cheaper than methyl.

    oral cyano is next to worthless...

    ghrp-2/6 are peptides injectable(2-3 times a day SubQ)

    EQ is a good lubricant for door and bicycle chain.
    get wd-40, way cheaper.

    some here tried 1g EQ/week with 200mg test(physiological dose)

    and nothing comes out of hese cycle...

    if 1g do nothing noticeable(except skyrock the hematocrite...) I believe youd better invest in a good creatine.

    Cheers for sticking with me cape, I was pissed coz I was buzzing about doing this cycle, cleaned my food intake up (tho obv not enuff) and trained hard but after 10 weeks seeing nothing.... really disheartened me.
    I'm getting bloods done this week (thanks back to black) and having a good look at my diet and gonna give my routine a shake up.
    I did take in what was advised after a good nights sleep.


    When are you planning this NEXT cycle?

    I have upped my food intake but feel bloated and just wanted to see if I could take something to assist!!
    I remember a response to a post saying eq made them hungry as f**k!
    I'm doing it the right way!! Upped calories (clean) and got bloods done instead of jumping straight into NEXT cycle!! My questions are helping me learn bro!

    There is so much hate for Eq, on this forum. Has it always been this way? On my regular BB forum, a Canadian one, Eq is hugely popular. Perhaps it's because, in general, the quality of our Canadian UGL's is higher?

    I ran it at 500 mg/week, while bulking, last fall, and I've never been so hungry in my entire life!!

    People who say run test at twice the dose of deca are people who know zero about deca you can run it the same as your test dose or higher even does not matter ( depending on your test dose that is I would not recommend a 2000mg dose of deca) for example I am more referring to 500mg of deca 500mg of test type of thing. Deca is all about your estrogen control. If your E is gtg you are all set all that other crap is bro science. Also EQ is a 100% waste of time don't bother Have fun good luck.

    Eq is a great compound in my opinion if used correctly with the right diet training stack and bf%. EQ IS BY NO MEANS A CURE ALL TO NOT BEING ABLE TO STICK TO A PROPPER DIET NO COMPOUND IS EAT EAT TRAIN EAT EAT EAT TRAIN EAT EAT EAT SLEEP EAT. get the diet together before you start messing with anything bro just my opinion.

    Using EQ for hunger benefits is retarded. Yes..... RETARDED!

    Why take a compound that increases hematocrit higher than most aas just so you feel like you can eat more? Suck it up and force feed for. Bit like the rest of us. You wanna be 220 - eat like a 220lb man. You wanna be 250..... Eat like a 250lb man and don't count on EQ to add a single poun of mass. I ran it at a gran a week for 16 weeks and saw SHIT. All I did was cause more scar tissue to build up from useless pinning.

    That space inside the syringe is valuable. Fill it wisely..... Full it with something that ctually woRks

    Most men start seeing nice results around 400mg per wk with EQ.

    I think my questions have been misunderstood.....
    After posting on here, we concluded my food intake was not sufficient so I'm trying to up it. But sometimes struggle... I have good days where I can eat all day long and bad days where force feeding is a struggle.....
    I'm awaiting blood results from 'possible bunk' cycle and in mean time reading about cycles and trying to learn! One of the suggested cycles was test e (600mg) and 300mg eq...... I had read, on here, eq made someone as hungry as a horse, so I am just questioning what you guys thought.... coz it sounded like that would be perfect for me!.... I'm not retarded buddy (tho wife may disagree) I'm just trying to find best cycle for me!
    99% of guys I know are sus/dec boys from 1st cycle.... but info on here says thats baaaad... so just trying to be safe.

    here is the lean bulk i said i would pass on to you guys. this diet is no joke and you will have to stretch the hell out of your stomick but it will do the trick. obviously you will have to adjust to your stats and goals.

    MEAL 1:

    6 whole eggs and 6 egg whites with 1 cup of oatmeal

    MEAL 2:

    Meal Replacement Shake with a liquid carbohydrate drink (SciFit Karbo-Lyn)

    MEAL 3:

    8-12oz of chicken (or turkey or filet or sirloin or shrimp) with 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts) with 1 cup brown rice or whole wheat pasta

    MEAL 4:

    Same as MEAL 2

    MEAL 5:

    8-12oz of red meat (or salmon or swordfish or tuna) with a salad with 2 tablespoon of olive or macadamia nut oil and vinegar with 1 baked potato and/or yam

    MEAL 6: Same as MEAL 3

    MEAL 7: 6 eggs and 4 egg whites with 1 cup of quinoa oats

    MEAL 8: Same as Meal 2 without carb drink

    Now for meal replacement shakes...a homemade on is best... Oatmeal + whey/casein + peanut butter or macadamia nut oil. 50g protein, 20-25g fat, and 25-30g carbs per meal, so that would be 2 scoops protein, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal (could also use 1 banana)

    i had a couple pros help me put this together for my last lean bulk good luck
