New to the forum
Hi there, just made an account. Looking forward to learning as much as I can. I've been training for about 8 years, but seriously for 5. I am hoping to do my first cycle some time mid next year but I still have lots to learn and am adamant on doing so before I take the plunge. Just wondering if anyone has any good information links I could read (not including this whole website.) I've been reading a lot but like anything on the internet, there is a lot of bogus stuff. Also, I know this has probably been asked to death, but what are your opinions on age to start? Personally, I think it has to do more with your mentality approaching it, training age, and what you're looking to achieve; but my opinion is if you're a teenager it's too young as growth and development are still occurring. I'd like to hear some other people's opinions who are obviously more experienced than myself, what their take on this is.
