I use myfitnesspal app every day to track my intake. It's very easy to use & can be easily updated & customized via web browser.
I enter my below TDEE into myfitnesspal and go with those calories. I am trying to lose weight. I also do not eat more for my cardio I enter. myfitnesspal does have some different numbers than most on here try to hit as a goal, there protein is pretty low and their fats and carbs recommended are pretty high.
I just use myfitnesspal for tracking...period. I use this forum for nutrition recommendations.
Myfitnesspal is good. Just don't use the micro they recommend. It keeps track of everything.
Thanks everettcd and thanks guy's
I use it to track my calories....never enter workouts, etc.
I calculate TDEE on my own then input it into MFP. I find that MFP's TDEE is way off. It was telling me I needed 2900calories to bulk while I was not gaining any weight at 3700calories lol.
Myfitnesspal is good and it's free. Don't waste your money on one of the monitors like the fitlink it's not accurate.
Clarky. I bought a food scale measures both English and metric and tare. Best investment I have ever made towards achieving fitness.
This was why I was asking doc when i did my tdee's it was 2586 so i was going to use about the 2000 mark then i got that mfp put all my stuff in that it said 1620 big difference just wanted to know which one was the best to go with that's all just trying to lose a wee bit half stone/ 7 pound
