I use myfitnesspal app every day to track my intake. It's very easy to use & can be easily updated & customized via web browser.

I enter my below TDEE into myfitnesspal and go with those calories. I am trying to lose weight. I also do not eat more for my cardio I enter. myfitnesspal does have some different numbers than most on here try to hit as a goal, there protein is pretty low and their fats and carbs recommended are pretty high.

I just use myfitnesspal for tracking...period. I use this forum for nutrition recommendations.

Myfitnesspal is good. Just don't use the micro they recommend. It keeps track of everything.

Access it via your web browser. Online you can customize your macros & calories per day. Really simple to do once you log on. If you can't figure it out shoot me a PM & I'll help you.

I calculate TDEE on my own then input it into MFP. I find that MFP's TDEE is way off. It was telling me I needed 2900calories to bulk while I was not gaining any weight at 3700calories lol.

Myfitnesspal is good and it's free. Don't waste your money on one of the monitors like the fitlink it's not accurate.
