Cant keep on gains. First Cycle SUS?

Hey I am new to this. I have an extensive workout background. But when I don't workout I immediately lose weight. And It takes a lot to achieve those gains.
I'm five foot ten and wrestled at 103lbs in high school. my weight was usually about 125lbs.
I am currently about 140lbs and eat about 3000+ calories a day. I'm shredded, about 2% body fat.
When I work out it takes extreme focus and a lot of time and I can get to 165 in about a yr. Then the gains come by the ounce.
If I stop working out I lose all the weight in less than 90 days.
Im assuming I have a thyroid issue.
Now I am 33 and just ordered sustanon.
I keep a lot of the strength tho. I can curl over my weight and bench 240. 315 was max at 165lbs.
but I work construction, Im a rough framer and I don't bullshit, we talk shit and everything is a contest.
I'll get to point ..... is sustanon ok for a first time user with my background. Ive heard the gains come at a slower rate which is ideal for me cuz my skin is already super tight so i'm assuming that makes me prone to substantial stretch marks, lol
Anyway any help would be appreciated.

Hit the diet section. My first response to 'i can't gain or keep gains' is youre not eating enough and/or the right foods. It's expensive, you'll feel like puking 24/7 but to grow consistently you need to eat massive amounts of clean foods and make that your routine. Day in, day out. Youre a 8 meal per day man from here on out.

True story here. I have a friend who in high school was tested at 2.5-2.7bf. He was like that year round. He's like 6'0, and was like 120lbs. Started working out, then started gear. Now hes been as high as 246lbs.

If he is, it's not healthy to walk around like that all the time. Hollow bones? Where's those corpse pics?

I would question that result. Even cancer patients with stage IV disease that are cachexic are usually 3% bf. Not saying your wrong, it's just hard to believe.

    He's probably 3 to 4%

Organs and such, plus he appears to have disproportionately large legs.

As is often the case, most people under estimate their bf.

Hi mate, your body has spent 22 years developing according to very hard work and has never carried excess fat. Nothing wrong with that my mate was the same and finally won masters Mr Australia age 43.

It takes time. Sustenon will not give you gains you can keep alone, You must eat more frequently and follow the advice given. I do think if you add deca to your next cycle you will keep more of your gains.

You may need to train heavier and not so often to enhance growth. Get some help from the diet section. Better for you to start small and finish big than be 120kgs now and carry 50 kgs fat!

I was alcoholic so I came from less than 40 kg's up to 120 kgs naturally. Took 10 years. Now after 34 years training and only ever power lifting I feel good at 100kgs. I am 5 ft 8 and 58 years old. Used steroids for the last 8 years. My last comp, clean was at 87.5 kgs.

You have plenty of time but we all can only grow so much extra muscle every year. Bet you are bigger than me in 25 years! We can see who last longest! Good luck mate, John

    Agree with guys!

You wont be able to keep(hold) any of them after cycle, when you don't learn how to eat right.

I am going to recommend a doctors visit first and foremost. Something sounds very off here!

    Thanks

Don't we have like a pound of fAt in our heads alone? That 2% is bullshit lol. The testing was probably flawed. Unknown for a fact that calipers always underestimate by a few percent
