Is there anyway to tell if someone has tampered with a vile? (Is it possible for someone to remove the little cap and reseal it?) If so, how can you tell?

It doesn't sem that hard. Seems taht all one would do is order a new stopper and crimp from a kit company and crimp it on with pliers. I dunno, maybe??
