Hey guys, I'm seeking a diet touch up, I eat pretty well but I don't weigh my food or count macros.
This is a example of my days diet. My goals are to bulk up.
6am bowl of oats
9am 8oz steak and 200grams of basmati white rice
1scoop bcaa during workout.
2scoops of sun muscle fuel anabolic 32grams protein 52 grams carbs
12pm chicken breast 200grams basmati white rice
2:30 jacket potato Cheese and beans
5pm breast of chicken 200grams rice and broccoli
7:30pm repeat of meal above
10:00 bowl of oats
Wondering if anyone can help me tune my diet so it's perfect?
