I take lisinopril and koreg for my
blood pressure. If I take more than
3mg of CIA my heartrate goes over 110.
Is this a drug interaction problem?

Caution is advised when coupling cialis with any ace inhibitor. I would consult your physician.

I doubt it's a drug interaction problem and of course you need to check with your doctor and even the pharmarcy, as sometimes they have good information in dealing with many people. Why are you taking specifically Coreg? I know it's for blood pressure but it also lowers and limits heart rate. I was on it and hated it and thankfully was able to get off of it..the Cialis helped a bit lower blood pressure..if you are just starting the cialis it could be your body adjusting..Mine did too..Now jusdt have to get rid of this heartburn.
Cialis does tend to increase heart rate and/or contractile force.
The combination of cialis and your other meds may be dropping your BP low enough that your heart rate is increasing to compensate (similar to the early stage of shock).
Though your systemic (measurable) BP may be ok, it may be dropping in certain vessels.
