Hey guys I'm a noob to PHs and I have several questions. I'm 5'10" 155lbs, have been lifting since my senior year of high school and I'm a junior in college now.
My boss, a trainer, recommended that I try trenadrol, epistane or M-drol. All three were difficult to find, I finally found M-drol. As I do more and more research it seems like a methylated cycle might be the wrong move for a first ph.
So first, should I take M-drol if I've never dabbled with PH's before? The cycle I'm envisioning is 10mg/day for week 1, 20mg week 2 and 20 mg week 3 followed by a PCT (I was recommended finaflex revolution black)
Second, if I shouldn't begin with M-drop what do you recommend for a beginner PH?
Third, are there any other supplements I should be taking alongside M-drol/alt PH? (NAC, Alpha Lipoic acid, Milk thistle, fish oil, d3)
I've done a bit of research but obviously not enough. Any advice is appreciated.
