My endo prescribed me 0.6mg of Genotropin, and when I had the nurse come to my house and show me how to mix the solution and inject it, she mentioned over the years she has down demonstrations with patients (who started on a different brand and switched over) who were dosing at 1.6mg of gh ED. If you are are on gh prescribed by a doctor, please share what your starting dose was and what it got increased to?

That's somewhat of a loaded question without more context. There's 101 reasons why Growth Hormone would be prescribed and each treatment plan is unique to the matter in which is being treated. Someone with HIV/AIDs is going to receive a very different dose than a trauma patient who was in a MVA

Ask to do a GHST which will involve you taking glucagon before the blood draw and eight individual blood draws thrifty min apart.
