    Lightbulb Strained Lower Back Muscles

    G-day mates.
Strained all the muscles in my lower back. (belt line area). Very painfull and could barely walk or even get out of bed. ( happend when i took my daughter out fishing. I was lying down on river bank leaning to one side on my arm. Went to move my leg and twist my upper body into position to sit up and BANG!!! Out of commision for three weeks.)
Iv been chiro's and massueses before wih little luck.
I decided to work this prblem out myself.
So i spent a lot of time doing laps in a fifty meter lap pool. Performed 15 minuite leg, hip and lower back exercises. WORKED LIKE MAGIC...
My back is now close to 100% normal.
I strongly recommend swimming and water exercises for a good old fashioned quick fix.
    Probably good for any injury.
The water just takes all the weight and tension away frm your body.
I also forgot how tuff it was doing laps in the pool. Lol..
    Awesum cardio workout.....
