So I want to add t3 and clen to my cutting regime . Which is normally a very strict 700-800 cal a day , green tea and tuna cans ordeal.
I recently read another one of austinites great threads (t3 one ) and noticed that the way to keep muscle while using t3 / clen is to add a small dose of test.
Ive never used any aas and for now im just looking to cut and give t3 and clen a try.
Yes I could just diet and cardio and I appreciate this advice , but working 5 days a week and gym 3 days im looking for that even faster route .
So ... With no cycle experience , do you still advise to use a very small dose of test to preserve muscle ? If so on the small dose (150/200 - week) do I still need to follow ai and pct protocol ?
