Is it better to stick with weights during a cycle or do cardio? Or both?
I've always done both. Weights + Cardio crosses more energy systems in the body and is more efficient burning fat.
Also, I'll be using ventipulmin as my clen. But am unaware as to how much is need.
I understand about mcg. What I don't understand is my clen is 16mcg per gram. So, my question is. Do I need to take
1.25 grams to have 20mcg
2.5 grams to get 40mcg of clen?
