Hey guys just joined the site after reading lots of great threads. I have never used any gear but am really thinking about it. Im in decent shape but have a lot of trouble putting on much mass. I am 6'1" and weigh around 170. I eat ok but could really focus on diet more thats for sure. I lift fairly heavy but seem to hit plateaus at around 200 bench 315 squat and i think 360 deadlifts. I also recently quit drinking alcohol as well and want to really focus on getting bigger and stronger. I'll be asking lots of questions to you guys, but I don't know who to ask for anything in specific so sorry if I become a pain lol
Oh first question, What should I do to get ready to use gear? I see it may take a while to get my hands on any but wanna make sure I am ready when I do.
