So I don't know where exactly to post this..? I don't have access to the female forum yet.. *ahem*
My question would be.. what is appropriate for a female to take if she wants to put on more muscle..? I have been smart training/eating for 7 years now and have competed in bikini and done professional photo shoots where I treat them as contest prep and give myself 16 weeks. I have a built look and look like I do work out.. count my macros but diet is something I'd probably have to change, as well. Any suggestions on what a girl can take if she wants to get more built but keep lean, too..? Fitness model look.. feminine, strong and lean muscles. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't want anything that is going to give me masculine features, grow excessive hair or a small penis. I've used anavar, winny and clen previously.
