I have been working out off and on for the past ten years. Recently got back into it 3 months ago and have been making so-so progress. I have been approached by a buddy of mine who has run a few cycles and has put on some phenomenal size in the past 5 months. Prior to his approach, I was considering approaching him, so it worked out. I am thinking of running a simple first cycle: Test Cypionate for 12wks at 500mg/wk and then Nolvadex for 4wks at 40/40/20/20. He is wanting me to run Deca and D-Bol with it, but I would rather take it nice and slow and find out what works best for me and my goals. Will the PCT be enough or do I need to add more to it? I kinda figured since it is not a very LARGE cycle, that should be all I need, but I am turning to you guys here who have more experience than I to lead me in the right direction. I will not start this cycle for another month or two so I can tweek it here and there. Thoughts? Opinions?
