    Questions about Tren-Somnia

I'm going to be adding Tren A to the mix of my current cycle for 6-8 weeks and want to prepare myself for the Tren-Somnia if I get it. When you guys can't sleep on a Tren Cycle does this make you tired ALL THE TIME or is it different because of the cycle? I know it sounds like a really stupid question but I'm just curious if I'm going to always be tired or if I get a few hours of sleep will I feel OK. The sacrifices we make to attain our desired body.

I go through about 3 nights of next to no sleep then crash hard. I have had to miss work due to being too damn tired to function properly. Try to plan naps if you can and use OTC sleep aids with diphenhydramine like zzzquil.

melatonin is my best friend always. 3mg quick dissolve works well. May increase GH release aswell.

Melatonin is ok unless you wake up in the middle of the night then it is next to impossible to fall back asleep.

Only thing that works for me is Valium

Well, its 5am and Im wide awake and have been for hours; and found this perfect post to read for myself. Its a weird thing as I am not one to take naps during the day...ever. But, two days ago I started getting tired at about 11am and slept until 5pm! Ugh. You can try to keep your sleeping pattern on point, but it can be a very difficult thing to do. I woke up at 2:30 because my baby was crying. I fed and changed him and then realized my body feels like it is morning and without something to knock me out nothing is going to work. Unfortunately I dont have any of the suggested stuff in the prior posts so I guess I am going to try to type myself tired; or just go workout. Good luck.

how soon do you start feeling the Tren-Somnia? Is it right away or is it after 2 or so weeks? This is my biggest concern with Tren and one of the reasons I'm starting on such a low dosage and using Tren A and not C. It's all fun and games until someone loses sleep.

I haven't had any insomnia/nights sweats. I'm two weeks in 475mg a week Tren Ace + Suspension. Should I be expecting them or... some people get em, some don't?

I usually feel the insomnia within the first 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll eventually crash lol

I get it more with TrenA, less with TrenE and it usually only lasts 2-3 weeks for me.

Try the milder sleep aids before committing to more serious drugs such as benzodiazepines. If you can find sleep remedies with OTC products (melatonin, Benadryl, ZzzyQuil, etc.), there's no need to start off with prescription meds. Use those as a last resort, please.

Suffered with my sleep for years n sometimes its as if I sleep every other day sometimes. But tbh insm always always well too hot. I'll sweat walking in does from outside in a T-shirt. Night sweats are damn annoying n seem to feel it more this cycle than the last as upped my dose of tren a+test e. I may look at a lower dose next cycle n see if its a sweeter point for me.
