    arm rehab after faciotomy

    i slept on the floor one night on my arm and it cut the circulation off. i developed compartment syndrome, and all the protein was released and it shut my kidneys down. my arm swelled up and was rock hard and had to be cut open to relieve it. i was in the hospital for 5 weeks. i lost 30lbs! i was 200lbs now im 170. i loss so much muscle its sick. to close up the wound they took skin from my leg and grafted it. i just gClick image for larger version.

    whats the best way to gain back? i just started 50mg dbol daily and 600mg prescription cypionate. hoping it will help bulk me up. im eating a ton too

    Dang man, hate to hear that. Are you fully recovered? If not fully healed, I would make that your primary concern.

    im not fully recovered yet but getting there. it was horrible

    I would ask/beg the doctor for a prescription of HGH to help speed up recovery and stick with only that for the next 6 months to a year. First and foremost would be recovery.
