    Arimidex dosage

Im currently on a test e only cycle (500 mg a week) and I have been taking 0.5 arimidex eod. Now I have been seeing a lot on here that you should only take 0.25 eod. What should I be taking?

.25mg EOD is the typical dose to start with.

With AI's I say use them,,,but use dosages as small as possible.

Agree to an extent. In an ideal cycle, blood work before, during, and after would be the best way to monitor and adjust for changes on cycle. Milder cycles may require less AI management than cycles with more compounds or larger doses. Unless someone has completed many cycles and is familiar with doses and compounds and their effects on estrogen (etc.) I'd encourage they err on the side of taking some AI to keep E2 in check.

Adex is used as a breast cancer medicine. Even though it's taken in pretty small doses I'm still cautious. Why over medicate when you don't have to? Start low and you can always increase dosage.
