1mg arimidex capsules Help

I have gotten a pack of arimidex capsules which I thought were tablets!
They are 1mg each.. Obviously I cannot cut these in half.
What would be the best way to dose them?
Cycle is 600mg test-e a week.

Open them up, separate the powder in two.

make a line and sniff it.

take an half EOD or E3D depending on how you aromatize.
dont actually sniff it...

use a syringe to measure an exact amount of water. 4ml is fine. empty the content of the capsules into the water and shake well. it will form a suspension. probably won't dissolve. shake well and syringe out 1ml to drink. leave the rest in the fridge. drink 1ml eod. shake well before each dose.
