Hey whats up Im gonna keep this direct and short. Working out couple years. 37 years old, high body fat like 20% 225 Bench, 405 Deadlift, 315 Squat. 5 days cardio (3 days steady stat 30 min, 2 days 1 hour interval) 6 foot, 210 lbs. Calories range between 2500 and 2900, high protein. Only supplements Whey protein.
Soo AAS cycle, what you guys think? To be honest my opinion is with a couple good basic cycles, increase in lean mass, cosequently will speed up metabolism and body fat will continue to decrease as it has been. Some feed back please
