Some people here are judgmental about fat, other people are judgmental towards Electra's and others' muscles.
In the end, whether or not someone could achieve the body of Maria Kang completely misses the point. Lots of people who don't a body like hers just don't care about stuff like that, or think it is not worth any bother to look like her. They just don't value their lives in the same way. She clearly spends a lot of time working on her body. Good for her; I support her right to value her time in the way she sees fit.
I have a friend who is borderline obese who spends a lot of time volunteering at schools in third world countries. Maybe she thinks helping poor children is a more important use of her time than working out, I don't know, but I don't understand why that is an issue at all. It's her body, her life, why should other people know better than her how she ought to value the time and energy in her life? Should she have to spend time in her life making herself presentable to people on the internet that she doesn't give a shit about, so she looks to be more in line with their values? ("is it too much to ask?" for women to make themselves presentable to others if they are going to post their photo online - the answer is those women don't care about whether you asking those sorts of things from them, nor should they.)
There is an extreme form of political correctness going around that has to do with healthiness. People think they can be judgmental because healthiness is currently the apotheosis of existence. And so people feel free to judge others in this way. And only is people have medical issues is it acceptable to deviate from the ideal. And of course this also manifests in terms of people making comments about the bodies of Electra and many others here that I have seen. It's just unacceptable, and more to the point, it's no one's business what you decide your body is going to look like. If people don't like it, they can avert their gaze, or click on another link.
