Calorie defecit to run on Clen

Hey guys just want to say thanks in advance for any and all help.

I am planning on running some Clen in 2 weeks for the first time, i am 6 foot 210Ib 22 years old and 10%bf i want to drop down to 8-9%

I am a numbers kind of a guy and no matter how hard i look i cant find any resources stating how much of a calorie deficit to run on clen. Most people go about saying eat clean, jog this and do hand stands like that but what im hoping for is for anyone (if possible) to enlighten me on how much of a deficit i should roughly run on clen , 250? 500? 750?

Sorry for poor sentence structure i just came back from a 26 hour shift and im exhausted.

    Thanks again - Kb

Why do you feel the need to drop 2-4lbs using clen?

Well im at a stage where i feel like my bodybuilding is 4 steps forward 3 steps back... its very slow to make lean gains and i have heard that clen can help increase the
ratio of fat:muscle loss during a cut.

Well, if you think gains are slow at 22, wait til you get to my age!!

Truth is, you only have 2-4lbs to lose. You can achieve that slowly and naturally over a period of 4-6 weeks and shouldn't lose any LBM. That's without the potential short and long term sides of something harsh like clen.

Does it have catabolic properties? A little. So, in theory, you could drop cals a little further than naturally. It's best used with lower carbs. There is some alleged calculation somewhere but, truth is, the only human studies are the ones we do individually on it.

I'd just drop your maintenance cals by around 300 per day (or up your cardio to make the deficit) and do it naturally. If you think, at 22, you absolutely have to use something look here

I haven't tried it but it has several testimonials relating to its efficacy. So yes, it appears it works. Slowly but safely.

Plus, nobody is making money out of it so there's no need for 'loose' advertising and outlandish claims.
