Test to Tren ratio - How much test should i take with 400mg tren e?

So i will be running my third cycle in a few weeks and cannot, for the life of me, find any reliable information regarding how much Test should be taken with Tren. So...how much? Cycle info below.

1-10 400mg Tren Enanthate
1-4 40mg Dianabol
1-12 ???mg Test Enanthate

PCT

Prami - On cycle to control progesterone levels
Arimidex - On cycle to control aromatization sides
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

Stats

Age: 23
Height: 5'5
Weight: 140lbs (12%bf)

I will not be running Test any higher than 500mg but if 400mg, for example, is sufficient i can save potential side effects (and money) by dosing it lower.

There's no such this as a ratio that works for everyone. Wasting your time if you're really looking for a "one size fits all" answer. We're not making brownies here.

I'm not looking for a "one size fits all" answer. I am trying to look for an appropriate dosing protocol on a Tren and Test cycle. Many threads have stated that Test should kept bellow Tren, many have stated the opposite...just trying to find out which one is closer to the truth.

If 100mg of Test is not going to be used by my body, i may as well not put it into my body to begin with, so i wouldn't call that personal choice.

It's still personal choice. Many like the combined benefits of higher test and tren.
And many like to run TRT level test which can require less ancillaries and then let the higher Tren do the work.
There really is no "right or wrong" way here. Just what suits you personally.

Lol, let me explain then. Since researching what Test should be dosed at on a Tren cycle, i have seen alot of people saying that since Tren has a higher binding affinity on the androgen receptor, not all of your Test will bind to a receptor and be essentially wasted. Based off that claim, it is said there is no point dosing Test higher than Tren , it will have no androgenic effect and will just contribute to the aromatization process.

So...if this was actually true, i was planning to dose Test at 400mg...if not, id stay with 500mg.

Yea is it not the right time for this person to cycle?? I'd say no it's not, that's pretty light despite the shorter stature
