First cycle questions and advice wanted

    Hello,

First time post, avid reader the last few weeks. I've been considering doing a cycle since I was 20 or so, but I wanted to wait until I had a few years of training and I was a bit older. Currently I am 23 (nearly 24), 82kg/180cm and training for around 3 years. I look half decent, not overly impressive but not bad. I am in no rush to inject, but I have the opportunity to get some gear and thought **** it, I will run it on the new year. I've done a few course of biomedical sciences (I'm a physio student) at my university and have a decent knowledge base on human anatomy and physiology/nutritional sciences, I was a bit rusty on steroid physiology but my understanding is a lot better than it was a few weeks ago.

So from my understand from reading around, this is how my current plan looks like:
i.imgur. com/8mmVfNY.jpg (remove spaces, I can't post it due to post limit)

    My questions are:
    1) Does it matter when I pin hCG, I put it after my test injection so I could do both at the same time.
    2) What is the best injection site for hCG for a subcutaneous injection? Most comfortable/easiest? I was thinking the glutes, but I will be pinning test there and rotating between each side.
    3) I am nervous explaining what I am doing to my doctor, but I would rather let him know, what would be the best way to explain what I am up to? Or should I just go in and request a hormone panel done and not tell him, though I guess he will have a guess anyway. Would it be advisable to suggest I am doing it no matter what he says and hope he agrees to it to make sure I am healthy?
    4) Currently as a natural lifter, my macros are as follows: bulking on 3,000kcals, protein 1.76-3.3 g/kg, fat 1-2.2 g/kg, and the rest of my calories are made up of carbs. My plan was to increase it to 4,000 (I will work up to this from now at 250cal/week, I plan to start on the 5th of January). I plan to increase my protein intake 25-50% for AAS usage, leave my fat levels as they are and increase carbs to make up the rest of the required calories. Does this sound right? I had a quick look on Lyles site and he recommends around 2g per lbs / BW.
    5) I want to take some anti-balding stuff, I refuse to take propecia or anything like that, has anyone noticed that tropical shampoos have any effect? I am a bit skeptical on tropical vs a blood serum drug. I am already balding and I'd rather play safe, but I accept that it is a risk.

^ That blinded the hell out of me. Did not even consider reading it to be honest...

Welcome to the board. I'll just answer the questions asked...

    1. No.
    2. Inject with testosterone.
    3. Never tell your doc. Ever.
    4. None of that matters if you don't know your TDEE. No one can help you without body stats.
    5. Good luck.

Because it will go on record and you'll never be approved for various insurance types, for the rest of your life. Ever.

When you say Inject with testosterone, can I use the same site? or should I inject on a different location?

Well, I wouldn't inject into the same site twice. I meant combine your testosterone and hCG into the same barrel and inject.

What size needle/barrel(?) would you recommend for that? The same one that would normally go well for just test alone?

23 to 25 gauge 1 inch needle. 3 CC barrels are common, although you won't fill the barrel up.

Thank you. I understand that hCG needs to be stored in a refrigerator, is it safe to store test in there too? (I am sorry if that is a stupid question). And when I am drawing the hCG, how does one get exactly 250iu of that?

No. Cold is the enemy for Testosterone. Keep it at room temp. hCG in the fridge is good.

Mixing hCG info and dosing can be found towards the end of this page...

Thoughts on replacing arimidex with aromasine during cycle and nolva for aromasine for pct?

Also, if I am injecting both with one needle, how do i accurately draw out the hCG without a slin needle?

AI isn't needed in pct due to aromatisation not existing. Nolva and clomid pct with HCG throughout cycle. You want want to consider changing your pin times. 10am mon and 10am thurs is not 3.5 days apart

good luck, you seem pretty well prepared, maybe a tad young but if you follow the steps and monitor blood work you'll be ok...idk Australian laws at all but I'm in one of like five US states where obtaining a hormone panel is near impossible

Hey mate, PM me if you want some specific advice from a fellow Aussie. You should def tell your doc, get blood work before and after. A good doc will advise you against it but they can't tell anyone and it won't affect your insurance and they need that info to be able to help you.
